Brown recently told Ebony Jet “I date sometimes. If I ever had a girlfriend, it’d always be a problem. Fans want you to be attainable. I try to stay away from even having a girl. I go on dates, talk to a couple chicks on the phone.”

Even when his team doesn’t make the NBA Playoffs, Dwyane Wade feels the heat. Just days after rumors emerged about an alleged romance between Wade and TV personality Star Jones, he appeared on TNT’s “Inside The NBA” with Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley to address the situation.

“Star is an unbelievable woman,” the 26-year-old NBA All-Star said of the 46-year-old TV personality who recently filed for divorce from husband Al Reynolds. “We have a great, great relationship. As friends. We’re friends, just like a lot of celebrities.”

The call girl linked to the downfall of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer sued the founder of the “Girls Gone Wild” series on Monday for $10 mil, claiming the pervert exploited her image and name to advertise the sex driven videos.

Ashley Alexandra Dupre, 22, said in the lawsuit that she was only 17 — too young to sign legally binding contracts — and drunk on spring break in 2003 when she agreed to be filmed for “Girls Gone Wild” in Miami Beach.

Dupre “did not understand the magnitude of her actions, nor that her image and likeness would be displayed in videos and DVDs,” says the lawsuit filed by Miami attorney Richard C. Wolfe.

The lawsuit filed in federal court in Miami names as defendants “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis, two of his companies and a man purportedly involved in creation of two Internet sites that the lawsuit contends improperly use Dupre’s image to sell DVDs and other products.

Wesley Snipes was sentenced to three years in jail Thursday on charges of tax evasion.

In February, a jury in Florida had found Snipes guilty of failing to pay $2.7 million in taxes over a three-year span.

Three years in prison was the maximum sentence. Prosecutors had also sought a $5 million fine.
