Recently allegations have surfaced that retired NBA baller Shaquille O’Neal was up to more shady activity than we realized while he was married to Shaunie of ‘Basketball Wives’. Get this – according to RadarOnline and Star magazine, a lawsuit has been filed against Shaq for planting a tracking device on his ex-wife’s vehicle plus more!
Why would he do such a thing? Good question!
According to Shawn Darling, a former friend of Shaq’s who filed the suit, the ball player was worried that his then-wife discovered his adulterous affair with Vanessa Lopez and the women were meeting in secret. Unable to shake the feeling that Shaunie had a heads up on his creeping, Shaq began tracking the car and spying on her.
An excerpt from the 85-page document which accuses Shaq of many more horrendous acts reads:
“On September 25, 2009 O’Neal purchased an Ultimate Bluetooth Mobile Phone Spy, and an Ultimate People Finder Software system. At some point O’Neal had his wife’s car wired and hired ‘Guidepoint,’ a company to place a GPS tracking system on her car to track her movements and her whereabouts.”
“On September 29, 2009 nervous that Vanessa Lopez had made good on her threat to meet with his wife, O’Neal had his henchmen, Derrick Mallet, check with ‘Guidepoint,’ to find out where his wife had been.”
We will continue to keep you updated on the lawsuit as this story develops.
Do you believe the allegations? Would someone really go that far to keep their infidelity a secret? You be the judge!
AND!!!!!shaunie not suing, who cares. Why is Shawn Darling suing? a husband that provides all the support and everything else, he can’t keep track of his wife!!!
