Flying high on the cover of Uptown Magazine is “Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart” singer Alicia Keys.

Just in time for the release of her next album, “The Element of Freedom,” Keys covers the magazine’s final 2009 issue while also running into 2010 (Jan).

Keys’ Uptown feature follows covers for Maxwell and Jamie Foxx released earlier this year.

‘The Element of Freedom” is due in stores December 15.
