DESIREE Gonzalez, the general manager of 40/40, told an employee she would “[bleep] up his tax life” for getting involved in the messy class-action lawsuit staffers lodged against the Chelsea club owned by Jay-Z, according to a letter filed in court by the lawyer for the workers. The hot-tempered boss allegedly told another staffer she’d “lock him up” if he didn’t sign a release from the suit, which accuses the club of paying waiters, bartenders and other staffers below minimum wage.
