Ciara always takes some of the best photos. The camera loves that chick. Anyway, she’s on the cover of August’s Billboard magazine looking like a million bucks. No doubt we’ll see more of Ciara (maybe even on Singersroom.com) as she gears to release her third album “Fantasy Ride” in September.
