Marion Jones Dashes Out of Prison
Convicted word-class track sprinter Marion Jones was released yesterday from a federal prison after serving most of her six month sentence. The once praised sports figure was just one of many athletes tied to performance enhancement drug use and later convicted on charges of lying to the government about her involvement.
Do you think she will race again?
I hope she does. The game needs her. I’m part yardie so I can’t be mad, but Jamaicans dominated track and field. It would be nice to have some good rivalry with her back.
