Just in case you missed R. Kelly’s post trial interview on BET last night with Toure…the piedpiper said he had come out of the experience stronger and hoped to move on with his life and career.
Asked by Toure if he had a weakness for teenage girls, he replied: “When you say teenage, how old do you mean?
“I have some 19-year-old friends, but I don’t like anyone illegal if that’s what we are talking about, underage.”
What’s your feedback to the interview?
I watched this last nite and I must say that my opinion has completely changed. I always felt that he was guilty, but watching this bumbling fool just confirmed that he is a pervert. Musical genius? Yes he is……but he is still a predator that needs to seek help. When he asked him did he like teenage girls, the dude said, “What do you mean teenage girls?” The reporter (Toure’) looked at him like he had lost his mind and reasked him. Kelly tried to say he has some “19 yr old friends”. Get the @#$% outta here R……..you’re just nasty.
I always thought this man was guilty…But after last watching this interview last night My opinion has not changed, in fact I really feel that he’s guilty, I mean this man truly needs help the question that was asked required a simple yes or no answer. The fact that he could not straight up answer confirmed that he’s a pervert and needs help. Love his music though and I don’t think that his career is going to suffer from this….But still think that he’s sick and needs help….Any time a 40+ year old man (a successful 40+ year old man) feels that he needs to have 19 year old “Friends” That’s questionable.
Wow! His only talent must be music because this man isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. I’m sure he was advised to stay away from the media for obvious reasons. There are a lot of men out here just like Kelly but I don’t think anyone believes him to be anything but a pervert. We all have that one uncle; mama said don’t u dare sit on his lap. We know why this man can write such spiritual lyrics.He’s a sinner and those demons ride him. Guilty!!

Why is everybody so quick to say he is guilty just because he said he has 19 year old friends. He was in court and was found NOT GUILTY. 19 yearsold is okay in the eyes of the U.S. Law and should not make such a problem with everybody…
I am a longtime R. Kelly fan and I have retired that title graciously.GUILTY IS WRITTEN ALL OVER HIS FACE. “When you say teenage, how old do you mean? Who in the HELL doesn’t know what the age is for a teenager????? He is full of hot SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. He doesn’t hang with an entourage or security because that equals WITNESSES NOTE: when Toure asked him will this happen again. He said this INTERVIEW will never happen again. Not him freaking under age girls. JUST NASTY R and MJ need to be locked up together.

The US Justice system is not always just, ask anyone who has been locked up for a crime they didn’t commit. He got off on a technicality. His friends, family and fans need to stop enabling him to do what he’s doing without retribution. There is no longer any way to separate the man from the music, one supports the other. I have a few R. Kelly cds, but I can’t continue to support someone who is in denial about what he’s doing and why he’s doing it, especially on that level..please knock it off. Some of us answer to a higher authority than the United States Justice System, R. Kelly knows he aint right and so do we. Some of the most genius are usually tormented, but this man is way beyond your average freak status. He can not get a pass.
I have always been a fan and will always will remain a fan. R Kelly is a very talented singer and songwriter. We fail to realize only God can judge him. He was found not guilty, so leave him alone. Let God deal with R Kelly and we need to look at our own faults instead of someone else’s. That is the only way we’ll grow. Don’t talk about him, please pray for him.
