Did Chris Brown Give Rihanna A Promise Ring ?
Chris Brown’s engagement ring is now rumored to be just a promise ring given to Rihanna.
Some sources are claiming the singer brought Rihanna home to meet the family over Christmas inorder to get approval from his mom who is said to be “okay” with Rihanna but concerned about them getting married so young.
The ’so-called’ promise ring ( a near blinding rock…) is worth somewhere near $400k or something.
Again…just a rumor but if its true that’s one nice gesture….$400k CB…

January 8th, 2009 at 2:29 amthis story sounds more reasonable than the “engagement”, except for the fact that she’d already met the family…a couple of times. i think CB is just trying to show his girl that he’s not looking for anybody else. A wonderful, old fashioned gesture, if true.
They seem to have a lot in common. I hope they find happiness together for a long, long, long time.
