American Idol’s most memorable non-winning contestant Sanjaya Malakar is back and he’s got new music for you…
According to MSNBC, the ‘hair wizard’ who rocked mohawks and all other types of hairstyles throughout season 6 of the hit show, is releasing a 5-song EP Jan. 20.
Titled “Dancing To The Music In My Head,” Sanjaya’s album will be exclusively available through Amazon.com with songs like “A Guy Like Me” an d”Rainy Days”.
But that’s not all… Sanjaya is releasing a memoir entitled “Dancing to the Music In My Head: Memoirs Of the People’s Idol” which follows the top 10 finisher’s ride through American Idol and life after the final curtain. — it also hits stores Jan. 20 through Pocket Books.

Ya, I will buy them. I liked him on the show. He was the only interesting one.
I absolutely will! He’s got the voice and he’s got style. He really got through to me. I felt bad when some of the songs were completely wrong for him.
