Mariah Carey may have had some trouble with her first major film ‘Glitter’ but her latest flick ‘Push’ is already being recognized after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival this month.
According to Sundance organizers, Carey and her ‘Push’ costars received both the audience and grand jury awards in the US dramatic competition on the last day of the Utah-based festival.
The film, which also stars Paula Patton, Mo’Nique and Lenny Kravitz, tells the story of Precious Jones, an illiterate, overweight teenage girl struggling to overcome the odds in Harlem.

Im Glad Mariah FINALLY got that Glitter monkey off her back!
