Oprah Talks Chris Brown & Rihanna !

The Queen of Daytime, Oprah Winfrey, spoke briefly about Chris Brown and Rihanna on Friday’s episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show”.
“It makes me so sad,” said the Emmy winning mogul.
“Love doesn’t hurt. If a man hits you once, he will hit you again.”
Oprah, who shares the cover of “O” magazine, for the first time in nine years, with Michele Obama, went on to give Rihanna and victims of domestic violence advice, stating “If iwere your friend, I would call you up and say give it some time. Get yourself some counseling”.
Oprah is expected to air a show on ‘Domestic Violence’ titled “The Rihanna’s of the World” Thursday, March 12th.

I’m a man and I’ve never put my hands on any woman I’ve ever been with, and I had some that said or did things that some lesser guys would of did what Chris(The Punk)Brown did. Any man that hits a woman is a PUNK!!!!.. No woman should ever accept physical abuse from a man, NO and I mean NO woman deserves that.
Mr. Brown should rot in jail (lot’s of people there to slap)and try to slap around a real man there, not some woman that he is 3 to 4 times stronger then. It send a bad signal to the younger generation if they think this crap is acceptable and it isn’t.

Its about time someone spoke up. The black community of which I am a member has this vow of silence. No one wants to hurt little Chris’s feelings. Little Chris is a momma’s boy, a spoiled brat and a monster. I have never liked him regardless of how many back flips he can do. I’ve been waiting for Whoopi Goldberg to say something on the View but she won’t touch it with a ten foot poll.
i sont condone what happened but ppl are going to have to understand what happened is now in the past, their both trying to move on from this situation. i do believe they should break up because its not healthy for neither one of them & i wish them the best of luck with there careers.

How can any1 listen to Oprah? she hasn’t had a man ever in her life! she is an old bitter ass scorned black woman. Though the situation is unfortunate, Chris is only 19 and maybe he’s truly sorry and is really seeking help for his actions! Who are we to judge him? apparently Rihanna has forgiven him, we should give the guy another chance. We don’t know what provoked him to go off the way that he did. GoD is an awesome forgiving GOD and we should be able to forgive the guy and let him correct the wrongs he has done.
I love the way black people are so unforgiving and wish the worst for each other. Chris brown should rot, die, be killed. My goodness, we are our own biggest enemies. Is it because black people hate themselves. I know what he did was wrong, but he is only 19. He hurt Rihanna, he did not kill her. Not to minimize what happened, but at age 19, is he to be unforgiven for the rest of his life? If up to black people, wholeheartedly yes. We are so good at unforgiving each other as we watch other races on tv talk about forgiving their own, unless it’s a serial killer, pedophile, rapist, etc. They forgive one another, we hate each other so much, we label Chris Brown as a murderer, etc. The young boy made a mistake, is sorry but with people like Oprah, Tyra, Steve Harvey constantly throwing salt in the wound, he will never recover. But that’s what black people want right. For him to never be forgiven as they take their hypocritical behinds to church and ask for forgiveness of their sins. What Chris did was wrong, but at age 19, can’t he be forgiven. Now if he does it again, I’m all for going against Chris Brown, but black people are truly the worst. I hope all these celebrities taking time out to maximize Chris Brown never make a mistake of their own and be the product of talk shows, interview, investigations, psychological evaluations and unforgiveness for what they’ve done. Black people are truly the worst. Again, not minimizing what he did, but you people wish the worst for him while praying to God for forgiveness and a good life for yourselves. It’s pretty sad to watch us go against each other on tv like that. Wonder if OPrah would be so outspoken if it was Tom Cruise or any white man. White people don’t abuse. Yea right!
