Did you notice that only one ‘Pussycat Doll’ showed support for fellow group member Melody Thornton at her recent L.A. birthday bash ?

According to sources, it did not go unnoticed when only Ashley Roberts showed at the Empire Hollywood bash. Earlier this month the Dolls squashed rumors that they were taking a permanent break, calling the break well deserved and temporary. But, as noted earlier this year, Thornton was the one who spoke out onstage, thanking fans for their support despite not being a featured singer like Nicole Scherzinger (sans title Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger).

Sources attending the party told Page Six that Thornton had a good time despite the obvious lack of support from the rest of the group.

“Although there was chatter about the lack of attendance by the group, Melody had a good time and sang the Pussycat Dolls hit ‘Buttons’ with Ashley.”
