There are conflicting reports as to where and what Kanye West is doing in his “off time” but, one thing is certain — he’s down for the count and for a while..

In a report issued Tuesday, sources say West knows he needs to “come back from this break changed, and that isn’t going to happen at some rehab overlooking the ocean.”

Not confirming whether he is in India or not, as rumors suggest, sources say West has not only canceled the anticipated  tour with Lady Gaga, he’s also pulled out of a gig at Madison Square Garden.

According to MSNBC, West has canceled a concert he was to perform there on New Year’s Eve leading credence to rumors that he has no plans to perform at any events through years end.
