Jennifer Hudson Sheds Pounds and Sugar

Speaking with PEOPLE recently, the “If This Isn’t Love” singer shed light on her new diet and plans to shed a few pounds by years end.

Reportedly walking 45 minutes to an hour each day, Hudson says “I’m eating right, exercising, cutting sugar out of my diet. That’s pretty much it, and walking every day, making sure I do some kind of exercise.

Hudson gave birth to her first child, David, in August.
