After just over a year of marriage R&B singer Jamelia is headed to divorce court.

The mother of two has moved out of her home with athlete Darren Byfield and will file divorce papers soon according to her rep.

“It is with regret that Jamelia and Darren Byfield today confirm they are splitting up and getting a divorce,” the rep confirmed Monday. “No one else is involved. Their priority is naturally their two children.”

Jamelia and Byfield were married in June of 2008.
