Nicole  Richie can rest assured now that two photographers who nearly caused injuries when they allegedly harassed her and caused her to have a car accident last month have been ordered to stay not just a few feet but 50 yards away.

According to TMZ, Richie won her request for a restraining order Monday.

In addition to the photogs being ordered to stay at least 50 yards away, the judge ordered that they do so through 2012.
