Even though she insists they’re no longer together, Janet Jackson says she’ll always be there for Jermaine Dupri.

“We’re there for one another,” Jackson said of Dupri in an interview with Atlanta’s The Bert Show. “I think it will remain that way for the rest of my life.”

While Jackson has closed the door on their ‘relationship’ beyond friendship, she admits she’s made exceptions for Dupri, especially when it comes to communicating after their break up.

“Jermaine is one of my best friends. I love him to death. We’re still connected. We’re still good friends. We still talk.”
