Just as fast as it was revealed, charges against Nas for driving under the influence have been dismissed !

According to TMZ, Nas was facing charges in Georgia after being arrested September 10. According to documents obtained, police said he failed field sobriety tests, had a green tongue with raised taste buds and a raised pulse at 116 beats per minute. Reportedly telling cops he had been smoking weed at his friends house before he was busted, cops also said Nas’ car smelled of “raw marijuana”.

Nonetheless, the case has been administratively dismissed based on a lack of evidence….

In related news, Nas was in court today due to his ongoing divorce with “Acapella” singer Kelis. As previously reported, Kelis filed for divorce in April and later gave birth to her first child.
