Former One Tree Hill actor Antwon Tanner will serve time after pleading guilty to selling stolen social security numbers.

Sources say Tanner was sentenced Wednesday to a three month prison term with an additional five months in home detention after he’s released. Tanner admitted selling a dozen social security numbers for $10,000 to an undercover agent last year.

The actor, who has also appeared in film including “Coach Carter,” has since called the entire incident an “embarrassment” to his family and fans.
