Jennifer Lopez Still in Idol Negotiations
Apparently the so called diva antics were just rumors, since Jennifer Lopez and American Idol producers are in the final stages of negotiations. TMZ reports that everything could be signed and sealed as early as next week!
Rumor had it that J.Lo was making some crazy “diva demands” early on, and that’s why she was taken out of the list of possible judges.
“Her demands got out of hand,” a source tells People. “Fox had just had enough.”
Apparently, that wasn’t the case. An insider says “it’s been typical negotiating.”
Idol execs are working on bringing new energy to the show, which has been dropping in ratings.
After 15 plus years in showbusiness, she has been around long enough to garner & receive industry respect for it is possible that she is still hated upon because she is the highest paid Latina entertainer! Who cares for her demands were no different than many other A-list celebrities! We never here any “real mess” out of her like some of these other divas who repeatedly get high in public and or drink & drive with no undergarments! Hollywood is NOT non-bias or non-discrimatory as most think, so continue to do your thing Mrs. Anthony!
