Emmy Award winner Tyra Banks does a lot with style, something she was rewarded for at the 2010 Do Something Awards !

Aired on VH1 Monday night, organizers awarded Banks with the Do Something With Style Award for her efforts and commitment to social change…

The Jonas Brothers, Kellan Lutz and Snoop Dogg were also honored.

Media mogul/model/host and Emmy winner Tyra Banks may be heading down the aisle in the near future…

According to Banks’ right hand man on ‘America’s Next Top Model,’ Jay Manuel, Banks appears to be deeply connected with rumored boyfriend John Utendahl.

“I’ve seen Tyra in her current relationship, and I think she’s very much herself,” Manuel told In Touch Weekly. “When you see that real moment, she’s comfortable – and being comfortable is the most important thing.”

When asked if he thought they would tie the knot, Manuel went on to say “I think she definitely will, but does she have plans to get married right now? Not that I know of yet!”

Is Miss Tyra really a diva ?

According to ex-staff members Banks is so “brutal” that she didn’t even think about informing her employees (sidebar: the people who make her productions etc. a success) that they would be out of a job !

“When the show moved from LA to New York, several staffers weren’t even directly told about the change,” one of few sources shared with NY Daily News this week. “They heard through the grapevine it was going to move locations. Even so, a lot of those people gave up their lives on the West Coast so they could continue working for the show. Now they’re out of luck (referring to Tyra’s decision to call it quits after Spring 2010).”

Beyond allegations of not being forthcoming about show changes and its ultimate end, sources say Tyra’s show is like a revolving door.

“There had been a high turnover of employees for years,” a source say, adding that it was “pretty difficult to work for Tyra”.

“She and the higher-ups on the production staff could be extremely brutal…She really is a diva.”

Now truth be told there are always two sides to a story — is Tyra simply strong willed and rated a ‘diva’ (for lack of another word) because she is a savvy business woman ?

As previously reported, Tyra Banks is looking forward to bringing “positive images of women to the big screen” through Bankable Productions. She has won two Emmy’s since the launch of the Tyra Show and the hit reality competition ‘America’s Next Top Model’.

With an Emmy on her mantle, Tyra Banks is calling it quits !

According to PEOPLE, Miss Tyra’s lauded talk show ‘The Tyra Show’ will officially end over the spring … just months before Oprah pulls the plug.

Sources say Tyra will instead focus on an as yet revealed project that will expand her reach beyond the talk show circuit… Here’s what she told PEOPLE:

“This will be the last season of The Tyra Show I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years. My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are.”

Sad…just sad… recap… the show will air in the spring but after that it’s a wrap!
